The Enquiry Experience Tracker is mystery shopping and benchmarking programme that helps universities understand how well they respond to enquiries from prospective students, compared with the sector.
Delivered in partnership with UniQuest, the 2021 research included 54 universities, approximately 40% of all UK universities.
One of the key findings is that UK universities are missing a significant opportunity when it comes to prospective student enquiries. Around 1 in 4 enquiries placed with UK universities during the research did not receive a reply.
