Terms and conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Edified Pty Ltd (ABN 68 6232 959 56) of 820 Lygon Street, Carlton North, Victoria, 3054, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Entry
2.1 Entry is only open to parents or legal guardians of children currently enrolled at a MACS school who complete the MACS Parent Survey and provide their contact information via the survey entry form.
2.2 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
2.3 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disregarded.

3. Eligibility
3.1 This Prize Draw is open to individuals who satisfy the criteria in clause 2 and who are not employees or contractors of either the Promoter or Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS), or their immediate family members.

4. Promotion Period
4.1 Entries open at 00:00 AEST on 16 February 2026 and close at 23:59 AEST on 1 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4.2 The Promoter’s decision on the opening and closing times is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prizes
5.1 There are five (5) prizes, each consisting of a $100 eGift Card issued through GiftPay (redeemable at 1000+ participating Australian retailers).
5.2 Total prize value is AUD 500. All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
5.3 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and no change will be given for any unused portion.
5.4 Prizes are provided “as is” and are subject to the terms and conditions of the eGift Card provider.

6. Draw Details
6.1 The prize draw will take place via a random electronic selection on 12 March 2026 at 820 Lygon Street, Carlton North, Victoria 3054, Australia.

7. Winner Notification & Acceptance
7.1 Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided on entry.
7.2 Winners have seven (7) days from notification to accept their prize by responding to the notification email. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw held.
7.3 Winners’ names and suburbs will be published on the Promoter’s website following confirmation of the prize.

8. Unclaimed Prizes
8.1 If a prize remains unclaimed after the period in clause 7.2, an unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted on 31 March 2026 via random electronic selection.
8.2 The redrawn winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days of notification.

9. Data Use and Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected in connection with this Prize Draw will be used solely for administering the Prize Draw and contacting winners, and will be deleted after the Prize Draw concludes.
9.2 Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for this purpose and acknowledge that data will be handled in accordance with Edified’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions
10.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.2 The Promoter and associated agencies are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting a prize.
10.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any indirect, special or consequential loss.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
