Before Edified
Before joining Edified, Nicola worked in senior leadership positions in Australia at Macquarie University, and in the UK at Bucks New University. She’s led high-performing teams with responsibilities including developing new market entry strategies, reforming agent networks and product development, and driving recruitment and conversion. She has also led the design and build of a new international office from scratch, including the re-engineering of recruitment teams, structures and functions, the setup of regional offices, and the re-creation of agent networks.
After hours
When not navigating the twisty back roads of student recruitment or agent management, Nicola can be found cruising the wide-open freeways of Australia in her uniquely designed, campervan ‘Taj’. And when she’s not behind the wheel, she’ll most likely be juggling the intricacies and arrangements of global friendships – because why make life easy and limit your social circle to just one time zone!
