Lee has built her career in the schools sector across New Zealand and the United Kingdom, with extensive experience supporting international learners and their families.
Her interest in global education began with her own exchange to Austria and postgraduate studies in TESOL, shaping a deep understanding of the student journey from first enquiry through to successful transition.
She has worked across primary and secondary settings in roles spanning admissions, pastoral care, homestay coordination and group programme delivery. Lee has contributed at a national level to the development of quality and wellbeing standards for international learners and worked with the Schools International Education Business Association (SIEBA) to strengthen capability, enhance agent engagement and improve the overall enquiry and enrolment experience.
Lee has supported schools to establish and grow international programmes by developing the documentation, processes, orientation materials and operational frameworks required for sustainable delivery. She brings a detailed, practical and solutions-driven approach, with a strong understanding of what prospective learners and families need at each stage of their decision-making.
At Edified, Lee draws on her sector insight and hands-on experience to help institutions enhance their international operations, deliver better experiences, and build programmes that are both effective and enduring.
